COMPASSIONATE HEART.

As Jesus was passing by,
With the dignity of power,
With the authority of the universe,
Even with his special disciples,
And the multitudes thronging,
Yet someone in need reached out,
Someone with a cry,
Blind he was,
Without a single sight of creation,
Lamented and groans in pain,
'Jesus son of David have mercy on me',
Shut up, they shouted,
But the more blind Bartimaeus screamed,
Jesus so compassionate,
Stopped with the heavenly host,
Fixed the attention of heaven at so low a man,
Asked in compassion,
'what can i do for you?',
Ready to do heaven and earth,
As the blind man wanted his sight,
Compassionately, a miracle occured,
For only a compassionate heart draws heavens attention.
