What a state of eternal distruction,
Which was changed by eternal salvation,
By the sacrifice of the special lamb of God,
Taking away the sinful nature of man,
Replacing with the righteous nature of God,
Yet ignorance and self refusal still overshadows,
Only in darkness does this remain,
Until the veil is taken out,
By the light of the glorious gospel of Christ,
When received by a needy soul,
'If you shall confess the Lordship of Jesus,
And believe He is alive',
Then you shall have eternal salvation,
Which changes a man from within,
To become God's real image.
